Union City - It's back! 13 December, Camden

After a hugely successful launch night Union City is gearing up for it's second night at the Camden Barfly on Monday 13 December.

Featuring live performances from indie-darlings Some Velvet Morning, More Light, More Power, the Watermelons and the return of London's "latest enfant terrible" Niyi, with contributions from performance poet Zita Holbourne, Nadia Idle from War on Want and John McDonnell it promises to be another massive night.

  1. Hello Union City! Our band Flash Bang Band play what you might call THE NEW SOUND OF POP ROCK MUSIC. We feature a variety of unusual sounds but mould hooky and intelligent sometimes prog influenced compositions. Our live show is explosive. You can check us out here: http://www.youtube.com/flashbangbandofficial.

We have had our own private studio based at the marina for 2 years and have recorded all our material there. We practice there and play constantly. Recently we have written a track called Anarchy which is a kind of cynical anthemic cry for people to avoid and think better of the attractions of simply destroying everything and putting there faith in anarchy and to work together in hope of things getting better, second guessing the urge to destroy eveything in an angry rage!

Hope you want to hear it, we can send you an MP3 if you like. Or anyone else for that matter. GET IN TOUCH!
